The essentials about staying in our apartments.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 12pm. When operations allow, we offer a courtesy late departure until 1pm. Early check-in and late check-out depend on same-day availability.

How does arrival work?

The apartments are inside the hotels. Go to the hotel front desk, open 24 hours, and show a photo ID of the reservation holder. Access cards are handed over right there.

Is breakfast included?

The ground-floor restaurant serves breakfast paid separately, directly to the hotel.

Is there parking?

Yes, with valet service at both hotels. At the Radisson parking is included. At The World the valet service costs R$ 45 per day.

What is the outlet voltage?

All outlets are 110V in both buildings. Standard 110V hair dryers, flat irons and chargers work without an adapter.

Does the air conditioning heat?

At Hotel The World the AC has a heating mode. At the Radisson the units are cooling only; if you need a heater, let our team know in advance and we will arrange one.

Which is the nearest metro station?

Vila Olímpia station on line 9-Emerald. The area is also served by the Santo Amaro Avenue bus corridor and the line 17-Gold monorail.

How far are the airports?

Congonhas is about 20 minutes by car and Guarulhos about 50 minutes.

Which floor is the apartment on?

At the Radisson our apartments are above the 8th floor. At The World, above the 15th. The exact unit number is confirmed on check-in day.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we issue invoices for direct bookings, including CNPJ invoices for companies. International guests receive a stay receipt.

Can I have visitors?

Visitors need prior authorization at the hotel front desk. Message our team and we will arrange it.

What is the direct booking cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in. After that, the first night is charged as a fee.
